Card box: Follow your heart...(also treat holder)

Hi and welcome! Valentine's Day is around the corner and I was working in this proyect for a few days and finally, show time!!!!!! I'm in loooove with this oldie Tilda, I remeber when my mom made me this kind of pony tails when I was in elementary school and the end of the day I finished with a big headache. Thanks mom, jejeje . Tutorial for this proyect HERE.

This is the cover, I use MS heart border punch and heavy weight kraft c/s to make the book.Recently I bought Helmar Craft & Hobby PVA glue, and believe me is a hit. Dries very fast and don't leave spots, I used to make this proyect, also I glue the flowers with it (is strong enough to apply flowers) LOL!

Closer look to Tilda with her pink dress, I use stickles for wings, botton skirt and little hearts.

Adding a pearl bead to make this pin more attractive and a heart charm.

I use a plain chipboard heart and cover it with d/p, sanded the edges and apply stamped letters and a brad heart. This hold the chocolate bag.

Back side with a tag.

Hello blogger friends! Yesterday I attended to Christy Tomlinson Mix Media class at local scrapbook store: Memory Box. It was a great experience and I love this kind of art, you feel free to express yourself and work with canvas, lots of paints, markers, textures, papers, stamps, you name it!

Christy is a sweet lady, a wonderful teacher, very talented, good combination.

This is me, shhhhh, I'm very concentrate in my art, jejeje

Recently my sister came from Miami, we had a fun time remembering stories when we are little girls, so many laughs and joy. This card is for her, she said: this year I don't have time to decorate my christmas tree , I'm on vacation and when go back, Christmas is almost over. Memory Box: Creative Christmas Event

Hi! on December 10, Memory Box (scrapbook store in Guaynabo, P.R.) had a nice event at the Condado Plaza Hotel and talented teachers: Ingvil Bolme (left) from Prima and Amy Tangerine (right) from American Crafts. This week I made a stair step card, I like this kind of card beacause you can add some elements and be creative and the result is magic. Do you like it!!! I guess yes....

I made his face in 3D to pop up the image and add glossy accents to his glases and teeth, "SPOOKY".

For the bats and creepy eyes I use acetate, they looks like flying, "EEEEEEK"
This week inspiring colors, purple, orange, black, red, green and white. Sweet and low calorie.

Puerto Rico Scrapbook Event 2011: Iron Edition

Wow! it was a weekend of emotions, great experince and having fun, fun, fun!!!!!!!!
Yes!!!! you see, the person that I was waiting for. TOM HOLTZ, OMG!!!!!!he is so cute, kind, gentelmen, good looking, handsome and amazing teacher. Oh yes!
Here with Mario, he is so kind and nice. They was enchanted with Puerto Rico, good food, people and weather.
Here is Tim, he create a canvas with different supplies and Margie Romney was part of his team. He painted his face with acrylic paint (looks like an indian). The other team was Donna Downey and Glitz Girls.
Great and talented teachers. Donna, Margie, me and Timmmmmm!!!!!
On Sunday was my class with Tim. he is so organize and his class is so easy to follow. Here is my proyect, beautiful book and I give him my ATC (look at his hand), made with Ranger products and he likes it. Here is Tim book(left) and my proyect(right) I need to add some embellishments and pics.

I think add some pics with Tim Holtz, don't you think??? I said, YESSSS!!!!!
Well hope you like this pics, I have more and I think to make a slide show(I need to know how to make one) but I was a great experience for me and share with you all my friend and followers.
