A little tutorial: candy box (altered item)

Hi! I share with you my second tutorial. It's a candy box made with an empty ribbon package.
Recipe:
empty ribbon package
image or stamp
card stock and design paper
Die cut machine (I use Cuttlebug)
Nestabilities (circle die)
If you don't have a die cut machine, you can trace around the circle and cut.
glue and sticky strip
acetate
embellishments

Carefully separate the pieces of the ribbon package.

You need 4 circle pieces of design paper, one small circle of card stock( this one goes inside of the box) and 2 card stock strips (about 3/4" x 11" aprox.)

Cover the circles with the design paper and the ring with cardstock (inside and outside).

For my proyect, I use a die cut fence and it's hard to stay vertical, here is the tricky part. I cut a rectangle piece of acetate (fence size) make a score line(about 1/4) at the bottom and glue it to the fence.

Add some sticky strip to the bottom of the acetate and stick it to the proyect.

Color your image, add embellishments and don't forget CANDY!!!!!!!!
You can see post HERE with all the details.

Hope you like it! and don't forget to leave a comment. I love to hear from you....
